CM Punk Signed Lifetime NDA Regarding All Out 2022
Both CM Punk and Ace Steel definitely won't be talking about Brawl Out. But someone else might...
CM Punk and Ace Steel's infamous All Out 2022 fight NDAs are lifetime ones.
That's according to both men's lawyer Stephen P. New, who told the Wrestling with Rip Rogers podcast (via F4WOnline) that not only would they never hear the full Brawl Out story from himself, both Punk and Steele also wouldn't be able to talk about the incident.
Those NDAs the two signed after their backstage clash with Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks after All Out 2022 are for life. But New did actually reveal the one person who could perhaps tell the story at some point down the road.
The lawyer would reveal that Steel's wife Lucy was the only person who was "not subject to an NDA", so there's a chance that one day she could go into detail about what happened that night from her point of view.
After said All Out 2022 incident, Steel was soon fired but then eventually rehired as a Collision producer in 2023. Punk, who was suspended for his part in the Brawl Out madness, would also then be fired in September in the wake of another backstage confrontation, this time with Jack Perry, at All In.
Steel also departed once again after Punk's exit, with the latter then making a remarkable WWE comeback at Survivor Series.
