CM Punk and Bryan Danielson vs. The Young Bucks? That's a match guaranteed to get the wrestling world talking.

During his return appearance on the latest episode of Renee Paquette's Oral Sessions podcast, the Second City Saint has teased that we may well get to see him and Bryan team up to battle Nick and Matt Jackson at some point down the line.

Ahead of his in-ring return at tomorrow's All Out PPV, Punk was discussing opponents and matches that interest him:

"I want to wrestle The Young Bucks. I've gotta find the right tag parter for that. I mean, if we're fantasy booking... When's this [episode] come out? Saturday? I don't think it's necessarily giving away spoilers, it's me putting my booker head on. Of all the possibilities, I would do CM Punk and the American Dragon vs. The Young Bucks. How do you not? It's so obvious that's what you do."

Of course, the major rumour is that Bryan Danielson has signed with AEW and will debut on tomorrow's PPV.

In addition to that tag bout, CM Punk also talked up Jon Moxley as a future opponent, and dropped in how he'd like to team with Sting and Darby Allin to take on the Lucha Bros. and Fuego Del Sol in a trios contest.

Before we get to any of those matches, though, Punk has the small matter of facing Darby on Sunday at Chicago's NOW Arena.
