Contract Updates On Several ROH/AEW Wrestlers

How tied-down to All Elite Wrestling are these former Ring Of Honor names?

Fightful Select has published a new report on former Ring Of Honor talent and their contractual statuses with All Elite Wrestling, providing updates on Dalton Castle, World Famous CB, and more.

The outlet reported following July's ROH Death Before Dishonor 2022 event that not every wrestler who worked that show or who had participated in related angles on AEW television was signed. Some remained free agents in the wake of Tony Khan's ROH takeover, which was announced in March.

Castle is no longer among that group. The reigning ROH Six-Man Tag Team Champion has been locked into a full-time deal, though there's currently no word on his partners, The Boys. This follows former Pure Champion Josh Woods' recent transition from a tiered, per-date deal to a regular full-time contract.

World Famous CB, who rose to prominence as ROH's Cheeseburger, has not been signed and worked Death Before Dishonor as a free agent.

ROH has enjoyed a strong presence on AEW programming since Khan's buyout, with the brand seemingly in a holding pattern until a weekly show is announced - if that ever happens. Final Battle 2022 will be ROH's next pay-per-view on 10 December.
