Cora Jade Picks WWE Raw Star To Face Roxanne Perez On NXT

The poison has been picked for NXT prodigy to wrestle on Tuesday.

Rhea Ripley will make her return to NXT on Tuesday night to face Roxanne Perez as part of the Pick Your Poison matches heading into Halloween Havoc.

Longtime friends and now bitter enemies Cora Jade and Perez are set to battle at this weekend's NXT premium live event. But before that, Jade and Perez arranged to recruit main roster opponents for their rivals for this week's program. On SmackDown, Roxanne secured Raquel Rodriguez as Jade's opponent.

Monday night on Raw, Cora approached Ripley and asked her to take on Perez as her Pick Your Poison selection. Rhea noted that she and Raquel had had their own intense rivalry in NXT, and she approved of the idea of beating up Roxanne in advance of Halloween Havoc.

Ripley is a former NXT Women's Champion, but she's been absent from the ring for quite some time. This will be her first televised match in more than four months, though Rhea has gotten a ton of screentime as a member of The Judgment Day, serving as their enforcer and an antagonist outside the ring.
