With plenty having been teased on Twitter and WWE Digital in the past few weeks, Dolph Ziggler last night headed to NXT 2.0 to confront Bron Breakker.

As Breakker and Santos Escobar verbally jousted in a Championship Summit ahead of Escobar challenging for the NXT Title at next week's Vengeance Day special, the Show-Off's music hit and he made his way to the ring.

Taking a seat in-ring, Dolph traded comments with the Son of Steiner, while Santos eagerly watched on. Well, until Escobar then realised he was looking like somewhat of a spare part. As those in attendance chanted for a triple threat match to happen, Tommaso Ciampa then appeared to provide some back-up for Breakker and remind everyone that he's next in line for an NXT Title shot after Santos.

By the time the smoke cleared, Ciampa and Ziggler brawled to the back, and Bron Breakker was put through a table at the hands of Escobar and his Legado del Fantasma buddies.

While WWE.com is officially labelling Dolph as a new challenger for Breakker's NXT Championship, one has to imagine that we could well also see the two-time World Heavyweight Champion sticking around to work a couple of matches - with a singles match against Ciampa a possibility, not to mention some sort of tag bout against Ciampa and Breakker.
