"TJP is one of the best all around cruiserweight wrestlers of all-time," El Phantasmo told WhatCulture. "It's a good thing that at Super J-Cup this summer, I proved I am better than him in every way – so I'm not worried about this match. I know I've got what it takes to win."

The champ, though, might want to take time to figure out what's going on in Perkins' head before declaring a victory that hasn't happened.

"If he is at all consistent then I should probably wear a cup," Perkins quipped. "This game is a science for me now. It has been for a long time. It’s a lot like solving a math problem or putting together a puzzle."

Whether EL-P plays his game or not remains to be seen.
