Eric Bischoff will return to All Elite Wrestling for this Friday's pre-empted episode of Dynamite, hosting the 'Celebration of the Inner Circle' segment.

Inner Circle man Chris Jericho broke the news while speaking to SiriusXM Busted Open Radio's Tommy Dreamer and Dave LaGreca on Wednesday.

Jericho's group is set to face their rivals, The Pinnacle, and AEW's second Stadium Stampede match at Double Or Nothing 2021 this Sunday (30 May). This comes following their Blood & Guts loss to MJF's crew earlier this month, which saw Jericho, 50, shoved from the top of the WarGames-esque cage at the end.

It has been stipulated that if The Inner Circle lose at Double Or Nothing, they must split up, having served as AEW's predominant stable since forming on the first episode of Dynamite in October 2019. Hence this week's 'Celebration'.

Bischoff last appeared for AEW on the 3 March episode of Dynamite, pushing Jericho and MJF's buttons in another Inner Circle segment. Prior to that, he featured for the company in August and October 2020, again pressing Jericho in spotlighted segments, with his August debut the first time he had appeared on TNT since WCW folded.
