Every WWE Smackdown Intro Ranked – From Worst To Best

1. Early 2001

As you’ve probably guessed by now, in at number one we have the final instalment of the “Everybody on the Ground” trilogy.

I mentioned previously in this list that I often feel like it’s difficult to top the original article, and that’s been the reasoning behind my decision to rank this SmackDown theme ahead of the likes of “The Beautiful People” and “Rise Up”.

Plus, this particular rendition ranks higher than any of the other early-SmackDown packages because it retains all those elements we’d already discussed, but adds in the Brothers of Destruction, a convulsing Vince McMahon, Rhyno pulling out the Gore and the Undertaker hitting the Last Ride.

Those awesome clips provide the finishing touches on what I’m going to boldly suggest to be the greatest SmackDown intro of all-time.

Of course, if you disagree, or if you just want to share some memories of great SmackDown intros from years gone by, then do feel free to comment below.
