Gail Kim would love to see WWE bring back the old annual Divas magazines of yesteryear.

The former WWE and TNA female told Renee Paquette's 'Oral Sessions' show that wrestling fans would also like to see women having fun and living their best life in exotic locales; Kim did also add, "maybe [WWE] don’t want to sexualise them". She appreciates that this could be a touchy subject for some in 2021.

That's an understatement.

WWE's machine has worked hard to move away from the "Divas" tag it once relied on. Today, women like Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks, Bayley, Bianca Belair and others work some of the best matches on company TV, and it'd likely feel like a step backwards if they were shown posing in bikinis or other outfits in magazine specials.

Besides, it's hardly like the mag biz is flourishing.

Gail doesn't care. She told Renee that she "felt beautiful" when she was working those shoots. Kim also viewed the trips to Mexico and elsewhere as a real bonding experience for the women's locker room. She thinks today's roster might be missing out on that.
