Ex-WWE Star Admits He's "Still Pissed" At THIS Moment

A former WWE man still can't wrap his head around this crazy creative decision.

Former WWE man Heath Slater is "still pissed" at the company for booking his Nexus squad to lose way back at SummerSlam 2010.

Heath told 'Desert Island Graps' that he cannot comprehend why WWE went out of their way to squash the group after months of building them as the hottest heel act in the entire company. According to Slater, the Nexus crew thought they'd be winning vs. 'Team WWE' until "four hours" before the pay-per-view main event hit the ring.

Nobody involved could quite believe the change in booking.

John Cena infamously flattened most of the stable in one fell swoop before winning the match for his team (comprised of Chris Jericho, Edge, Bret Hart, Cena, R-Truth and John Morrison) on the night. Heath suggested that all the "egos flying around" backstage contributed to the last-minute switch.

He's not so sure that several top stars liked the idea of "a bunch of rookies" coming in and looking strong immediately. If that's true, then WWE shouldn't have bothered framing the headliner with that idea in the first place.

Slater will never understand why things happened the way they did.
