Ex-WWE Star Blasts Vince McMahon For "Joke" Segment
Vince McMahon told Alexa Bliss to pretty much rip the p*ss out of this former WWE man.
EC3 thought Vince McMahon's directions for Alexa Bliss before a long-forgotten 'Moment Of Bliss' talk show segment on Raw in 2019 were "trash".
The ex-WWE star told Sportskeeda that he didn't understand why Vince thought having Bliss cut him off every time he went to speak was a great idea. He described the whole scenario as "a big joke from the old man" - apparently, McMahon got a kick out of seeing EC3 squirm as he struggled to get a word in.
It made for bad TV too, and didn't even do much to further Alexa's character. So, in other words, the whole exercise was designed to pop Vince and Vince only. Boy, that'll put some butts in seats! Seriously though, EC3 hated everything about the skit, and says he "felt nothing" when he traded NXT for WWE's main roster.
That dream role was "something [he'd] waited [his] entire life for", but it quickly turned into a nightmare. The 'Moment Of Bliss' debacle shattered any illusion that he was going to make it on Raw or SmackDown too.
Carter said there was "no foresight and no interest" from WWE's side in his career.
