Ex-WWE Star Luke Gallows Files Interesting Trademark Claim

Ready to get erm...sexed?

Ex-WWE star Luke Gallows has officially filed to trademark the name 'Sex Ferguson'.

Yes, Sex Ferguson. Why are you staring blankly at your screen like that? In all seriousness, Gallows wants to revive an old gimmick he played on the independent scene before returning to WWE in 2016; Sex appeared on Colt Cabana's 'Wrestling Road Diaries', and a watered down version (Tex Ferguson) was also on WWE's Southpaw Regional Wrestling several years ago.

Now, it's time for Sex to hit the indy scene in a big way once more. So to speak.

Heel By Nature has posted the full service mark application on their website, and it's worth taking a look at for anyone interested in Gallows' post-WWE career.

Attorney Michael Dockins, who has also handled filings for workers like The Revival, Shawn Spears, Cody, Andrade and Charlotte Flair, is the one in charge of pushing it through. If he's successful, then 'Big LG' will have his old gimmick again.

Gallows previously held a trademark on the character, but that elapsed in 2017 and he didn't renew it. Now, needs must, and it's time for Ferg to launch a comeback.
