Ex-WWE Star Says Randy Orton Wants Him To Return

Randy Orton has been asking when this released wrestler is coming back to WWE.

Matt Riddle says former tag-team partner and WWE veteran Randy Orton "always asks" when he'll be ready to return to the company. Obviously, that isn't actually Riddle's call - Triple H and other WWE executives are the ones who'd make that decision, but Randy would love to see it.

The old RK-BRO tag partners still chat regularly. Riddle told MuscleManMalcolm that he actually talked to Orton a few weeks back. As usual, Randy wondered aloud if his friend will make moves to get back on WWE's radar. Riddle is rather philosophical about that, but he's also been honest about his own personal failings too.

Put it this way: Riddle isn't surprised WWE cut ties when they did.

He's currently trying to get his life "all together", and admitted he's enjoying some down time off the road. Riddle is able to pick and choose when he travels, but recent footage revealed that the ex-WWE star is currently accepting birthday bookings on the side.

Fair enough.

Randy Orton fancies getting the band back together on Raw or SmackDown though. He routinely brings up the thought of Riddle returning to WWE whenever they talk.
