Ex-WWE Star Says She Was "Treated Like Sh*t" During Comeback
This cameo star wasn't happy with the way some in WWE treated her backstage.
Former WWE star Victoria has revealed that she was "treated like sh*t" during her most recent return to the company.
Victoria didn't outright name this event, but her last company appearance came during the 2021 Royal Rumble. There, the two-time Women's Champion entered as #10 and worked for seven minutes in the 30-strong bout before being tossed over the top rope by Shayna Baszler.
It wasn't a positive experience for Vic, sadly.
She told the GAW podcast that "some of the people" behind the scenes in WWE weren't exactly kind to her during her cameo stay. That stuck with Victoria, and she says she wouldn't treat anybody else that way - in fact, she'd be welcoming to them, because feeling unwanted was an awful feeling.
Victoria, who also wrestled as Tara in TNA, didn't name names or go into extreme details about exactly what happened, but it's clear she wasn't thrilled with WWE's treatment overall. The legend did, however, make sure to note that everything negative happened "backstage".
She had no problems in-ring with anybody during the actual Rumble itself then. All of her problems occurred behind the curtain.
