Want to know what working with Brock Lesnar and Goldberg feels like as a WWE extra? The tag team formerly known as Ever-Rise have got you covered.

Speaking with WhatCulture's Adam Wilbourn, Matt (Martel) and Jeff (Chase Parker) ran through their experience as security guards during an in-ring confrontation between the two behemoths on the 14 November 2016 episode of Raw. This was ahead of Lesnar and Goldberg's Survivor Series clash, where Goldberg sensationally squashed Brock in 86 seconds, with the segment erupting into violence.

Matt and Jeff were at the heart of it, forming part of the lineup. Here's a transcript of an experience they described as "the time of our lives":-

Matt: We’re like lined up diagonally. So we’re in that group and I just remember the unpredictability of the moment. Brock is BREATHING down your neck!

Jeff: We’re facing Goldberg and have our backs to Brock who is just pacing and you literally hear him breathing behind you like this caged animal. I’m like, ‘I don’t know what’s going to happen!’

Matt: You have no idea. So obviously this spot is planned in the afternoon but at this point, you’re like ‘all bets are off, anything can happen here.’ Sure enough, Brock just shoves somebody and it’s on. It’s on! Goldberg just starts clobbering people, it was insane. Time of our lives!

Jeff: And being in that ring you have these guys who could literally slaughter us if they wanted to and then you have this crowd that’s just at this unbelievable hype because this is huge!.

Matt: In those moments you feel it, the energy of the audience. It’s really something.

Jeff: Terrifying and exciting and crazy all at the same time.
