Faction Gets New Member On WWE SmackDown

WWE creative decided to add to this stable's ranks on the latest SmackDown.

Bad Bunny LWO

Bad Bunny joined forces with LWO crew Rey Mysterio, Santos Escobar, Zelina Vega, Joaquin Wilde and Cruz Del Toro on the 'go home' edition of SmackDown before Saturday's Backlash pay-per-view.

It remains to be seen if this will be a full-time thing or not. WWE may not have a say in the matter there, because the rapper is hardly going to be around week-after-week on TV post-Backlash. Still, it says everything that Bunny donning an LWO t-shirt gave Rey Mysterio the rub in 2023.

That's star power.

Bunny and Legado del Fantasma marched out with a kendo stick to save Mysterio and Vega from a beatdown at the hands of Judgment Day. The musician then confronted Backlash foe Damian Priest before the heel escaped.

Now, they'll turn their attention to a 'San Juan Street Fight' on WWE's next PLE in Puerto Rico. There's some chatter that Bunny vs. Priest could actually headline the show ahead of Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar. It's certainly being promoted as the main event locally.

So, there you go. Bad Bunny is now LWO for life, or at least for a week.
