Fenix & Pentagon's Mystery AEW Fyter Fest Tag Partner REVEALED

The Lucha Brothers have recruited a real rising star to face The Elite.

Laredo Kid
AAA

The Lucha Brothers were left without a partner to face The Elite at All Elite Wrestling's Fyter Fest (29 June) when creative differences saw current Dragon Gate Open the Dream Gate Champion PAC cut ties with the promotion, but they found their mystery man on yesterday's episode of Being the Elite.

BTE's closing stretch focused on The Young Bucks' AAA Tag Team Title clash with Rey Fenix and Pentagon Jr. in Mexico over the weekend. The Lucha Bros were victorious, regaining the straps Matt and Nick Jackson took from them a few months ago, before revealing rising star Laredo Kid as their third man in a promo.

He might not be as big a name as PAC, but Laredo Kid is making major waves at the moment. The 32-year-old has long been considered one of North and Central America's under-the-radar standouts. American fans might remember him for dipping in and out of Impact Wrestling over the past few years, but Kid's most recent successes have come in AAA, where he currently holds the Cruiserweight and Trios Championships.
