Firefly Fun House Returning To WWE SmackDown This Week

So much for "burning it down," eh Seth?

It looks like Seth Rollins' plan to burn the Firefly Fun House down failed, because 'The Fiend' Bray Wyatt is bringing the segment back on this week's episode of SmackDown.

WWE's official Twitter account broke the news last night

So the WWE Universal Champion's masterplan lasted just 11 days? That must make him the most ineffective arsonist since Guy Fawkes.

Wyatt wasn't present on Raw itself, though Rollins featured in a brief backstage interview in which he explained the previous week's actions to Charly Caruso, spitting all kinds of clichés before bumping into Humberto Carrillo, who namedropped 'The Beast Slayer' earlier in the evening. This result in Rollins triumphing over the former 205 Live man in an exhibition singles match.

WWE are also advertising a face-to-face between Cain Velasquez and Brock Lesnar for SmackDown, as well as live appearances from Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan with their respective Crown Jewel teams. So much for that new brand split, eh? Local markets also list Roman Reigns vs. King Corbin and Becky Lynch/Charlotte Flair vs. Bayley/Sasha Banks, though seeing both of those seems unlikely. Throw the usual "card is subject to change" disclaimer down.
