Former NWA Champion Returning To RoH

Adam Pearce makes his return to RoH after four years.

It appears as if former RoH booker and NWA World Heavyweight Champion Adam Pearce will be returning to RoH after a four year hiatus, as RoH released a YouTube video today to announce his return. Pearce will appear at Death Before Dishonor XII weekend, participating in both the Chicago and Milwaukee shows. The 36-year old Pearce spent five years with RoH, from 2005 through 2010. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zdjw4FeGg3g A five-time NWA World Heavyweight Champion, Pearce last appeared for RoH in 2010, where after wrestling he served as a booker. In August of that year he was replaced as booker, due to what he called a "difference in ideology." Following the departure, Pearce continued to make his living on the independent circuit and the NWA. Pearce appeared in TNA in March and April of 2013 as he participated in their Gut Check Challenge, defeating Magno. Despite winning the match, Pearce was eliminated from the competition in favor of the much less experienced Magno. Later in the year, the WWE brought Pearce in to the Performance Center as a guest coach and trainer for developmental talents, possibly as a tryout for a full-time role in the future. WWE also brought Pearce in for another guest spot earlier this year.
