Bully Ray returned to IMPACT during Friday's Bound For Glory 2022 pay-per-view.

The WWE legend was a surprise entrant in the 20-person 'Call Your Shot' match - Ray went on to win the bout, which meant he could pick any championship to wrestle for within the next 12 months. Yep, it's pretty much a twist on the established Money In The Bank formula.

Bully lastly eliminated Steve Maclin to bag the prize. Later, he confronted reigning IMPACT World Champion Josh Alexander and said he'd become a three-time World Champ in the promotion. Of course, both of Ray's previous reigns came when the belt was known as the TNA World Title.

Ray had actually saved Alexander from the Honor No More faction before their face-to-face. Post-show, both men ended up putting Mike Bennett through a table before having another mini war of words.

There's no word yet on exactly when Bully gets his shot at the IMPACT World Title. Friday's 'Call Your Shot' opportunity marked the man's first match for the company since Bound For Glory 2014. There, he teamed with D-Von to beat Tommy Dreamer and Abyss.
