The wrestler formerly known as Curt Hawkins had his sights set on Vince McMahon this week, unloading both barrels on the WWE Chairman during a worked shoot promo as part of a new Impact Wrestling programme with Willie Mack.

Myers, who returned to Impact in a losing effort to World Champion Eddie Edwards last week, said "it disgusts me that major decisions in this business are being made by an out-of-touch 70-year-old man in some goofy production meeting," ripping on the company for firing him in the middle of a global health crisis, while his wife was six months pregnant.

Myers went on, stating he was taking his career and the wrestling business into his own hands. He called himself 'The Most Professional Wrestler' before he was jumped by Mack to close the segment.

The former Hawkins was let go by WWE as part of their Black Wednesday releases on 15 April. He wasn't active in the promotion at the time, having not appeared on RAW since 30 December 2019, though he did team with long-time partner Zack Ryder to face the Viking Raiders on the Elimination Chamber Kickoff Show in March.
