Former WWE star Chris Masters was in the building for last night's AEW Dynamite, tweeting that he'd bought a ticket to see the All Elite Wrestling television taping at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles, California.

A series of tweets throughout the night documented his evening at the event, with photos and videos capturing some of the highlights of his evening.

Masters filmed himself during MJF's scathing promo on Freddie Prinze Jr, and subsequently shared fan photos of him in the building at various points during the show.

It's unknown if the two sides will come together in a more professional capacity than this, but Masters remains active over a decade after he was last a WWE TV regular.

'The Masterpiece' wrestled his last match for the company in August 2011, but has kept himself extremely busy within the industry ever since, clocking up around 400 matches for independent promotions all over the world including but not limited to stints in Impact Wrestling and the National Wrestling Alliance. He's already wrestled in 2023 too, working a match for French outfit APC (Association les Professionnels du Catch) on January 8th.
