With FTR due to face the Jurassic Express duo of Jungle Boy and Marko Stunt on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Dax Harwood has dedicated the “sh*t kicking” of Stunt to Jim Cornette.

Cornette has been largely down on All Elite Wrestling since the promotion first launched in 2019, with Corny’s social media activity and his Drive-Thru and Jim Cornette Experience podcasts regularly throwing shade AEW’s way.

While the legendary wrestling manager often has words of praise for Jungle Boy, he likewise spends plenty of time taking jabs at Marko Stunt whenever possible. With Marko in their crosshairs this week, it’s clear FTR is looking to impress Cornette come Wednesday night.

After departing WWE last year, Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler appeared on The Jim Cornette Experience this past June. Cornette has long been an admirer of the former Revival, consistently citing them as the best tag team in the business for the past several years.

Given how AEW fans and Jim Cornette are regularly at each other’s throats on Twitter, having FTR make reference to Corny is certainly one way for Dax and Cash to get some additional heat going into their match-up against Jungle Express on this week's Dynamite.
