Gail Kim Revealed As New TNA Hall Of Fame Inductee
Womens wrestling veteran Gail Kim will be honored by TNA.
Gail Kim was revealed as the newest inductee of the TNA Hall of Fame during Tuesday night's TNA Impact Wrestling tapings in Orlando.
The show was originally scheduled to air live on PopTV on Tuesday evening, but the television network experienced massive technical difficulties. This caused the show to air on tape delay a couple of hours later, while still sporting the "Live" icon in the corner of the screen.
Kim will be honored and inducted as the company's new Hall of Famer in October during the Bound For Glory PPV weekend. The announcement was made at Impact Tuesday evening by TNA President Dixie Carter. Carter brought out the roster to the top of the ramp prior to making the announcement.
Gail Kim originally became famous across the globe while wrestling for WWE in the early 2000s. She took her talents to TNA in 2005, working for the promotion until 2008 when she made a return to WWE. Following her second stint with WWE, Kim returned to TNA in 2011.
Kim has been a crucial part of providing some legitimacy to the TNA Knockout Division. She is a five-time TNA Knockouts Champion and former TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champion, and Gail has long been regarded as one of the best female wrestlers in the world.
