WWE's two mammoth wrestlers will battle at Crown Jewel, when Braun Strowman faces Omos.

The collision between these two will involve what is likely the largest competition for each man. Omos has faced Bobby Lashley a handful of times, while Strowman tangled with Big Show, who is notably shorter than the Nigerian Giant.

Braun was WWE's resident monster for several years until his June 2021 release, less than a year after holding the WWE Universal Championship and just two months after a high-profile feud with Shane McMahon. Omos, who had been primarily a tag team wrestler with AJ Styles to that point, would transition to becoming a singles competitor by the end of 2021.

With the return of Strowman last month, it was only a matter of time before the two behemoths collided in WWE, and it really didn't take very long. Omos and manager MVP have been stalking Braun on SmackDown lately, showing up to watch his matches and staring him down from a distance. Things escalated last week when Omos went face-to-face with Braun and shoved him out of the ring.

The match was made official during Raw this Monday night.

While we shouldn't expect a five-star classic, this could be one of those curiosities.
