'Hangman' Adam Page returned to AEW on last night's episode of Dynamite but ultimately had his night cut short, as he and Jon Moxley were both thrown out of the arena, in storyline, for brawling throughout the show.

Dynamite began with an in-ring promo from Moxley, who was soon accosted by the returning 'Hangman'. This moment held significance as it was the first time Page had been seen since Dynamite's 18 October episode, when he took a scary, scary bump while wrestling Moxley, resulting in a concussion.

No timeline had been given for Page's return, such is the variable nature of concussions. Nonetheless, Hanger had a bone to pick with Mox, launching into a brawl with his fellow former AEW World Champion that took several officials (and several attempts) to quell at ringside.

Later, the cameras cut backstage, where Page and Moxley had to be separated once more. As the chaotic scene was diffused, AEW's announce team confirmed that both Moxley and Page would be thrown out of the building.

Page's last match with Moxley necessitated a referee's stoppage in Jon's favour. The two now appear set for another singles bout, perhaps on AEW's last major show of the year, 14 December's Winter Is coming - though nothing is confirmed yet.
