How Long Will WWE WrestleMania 36 Be?
WWE taped a LOT of WrestleMania content last week.
It's a good job that WrestleMania 36 will air over two nights on WWE Network, as current scheduling indicates that the event will run for a total of over eight hours across both broadcasts.
This includes a one-hour Kickoff Show on both Saturday 4 April and Sunday 5 April. Said pre-show starts at 6pm EST on both days, with the Saturday main card running from 7pm EST to 10:15 EST and Sunday commencing at 7pm EST then finishing at 10pm EST.
The above is how the shows are listed on the WWE Network schedule at the time of writing, though this could change before the weekend. As things stand, with every broadcast taken into account, the show will run longer than WrestleMania 35, which weighed in at just under eight hours.
That WWE was able to churn out so much content before Orange County, Florida's "stay at home" order kicked in last Thursday night is impressive. Splitting this into a two-nighter was a wise move as well, as a single, unbroken eight-hour empty arena show would be tough to get through, no matter the match quality. Here's hoping they come through with two enjoyable shows.
