HUGE Potential Spoiler For WWE SummerSlam 2019's Main Event

Who will prevail when Seth Rollins challenges Brock Lesnar?

The match that will likely main event WWE SummerSlam 2019 was confirmed last night, with Seth Rollins besting nine other wrestlers in a Raw battle royal to earn the right to challenge 'The Beast Incarnate' after losing the Universal Championship via Money In The Bank cash-in at Extreme Rules.

A familiar programme throughout 2019, it may finally end at 'The Biggest Party of the Summer' on 11 August, though it looks like WWE may have already spoiled the outcome.

Local advertising in the New York City area has Seth Rollins vs. Drew McIntyre advertised for the 9 September show in Madison Square Garden, with the Universal Championship on the line.

The usual "card is subject to change" disclaimer applies here, but... yikes.

While few fans will bemoan Rollins triumphing in Toronto (given the reception to Brock's victory at Extreme Rules), it's always disappointing when stuff like this comes up, particularly relating to one of the biggest wrestling shows of the year. Here's hoping it was premature. Those MSG shows are big events that warrant big-time title fights and WWE probably needed to announce a bout like McIntyre vs. Rollins to spur ticket sales, but spoilers still suck.
