Now here's a title reign that hasn't been forgotten, but not exactly for the right reasons.

Despite having already unsuccessfully wrestled for the World Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania IX, 'The Hulkster's night was still far from over.

After Mr. Fuji threw ceremonial salt into the eyes of Bret Hart and allowed Yokozuna to capture the WWE Championship, Hulk Hogan came out to the aid of the former champion. For some reason, Fuji challenged Hogan to a title match right there, which 'The Hulkster' went on to win in seconds.

Hulk wrestled in Japan for a while, before dropping the belt back to Yokozuna at the inaugural King of the Ring PPV, who defeated Hogan with the help of... a photographer!

Yoko proceeded to viciously assault the former champ in what turned out to be Hogan's last televised appearance for Vince McMahon's company in almost a decade, only wrestling on house shows before leaving in August.

This reign was just confusing and felt like a huge step backwards from the year before, which featured great rivalries and bouts over the belt.

Despite the fact that it is still remembered by fans today, it's not even close to being one of 'The Hulkster's best title reigns.
