IMPACT's Scarlett Bordeaux, who was this week embroiled in a disappointing and disturbing groping incident at AAA's Conquista Total Gira event in Cancun, Mexico, has been released by the promotion.

The company issued a statement confirming that the Knockouts star, who requested her release last month, had been let go:

The 28-year-old joined IMPACT last year, first appearing under the alias 'Smokeshow'. She had most recently been pairing up with Fallah Bah, and competed in her first pay-per-view match this April, defeating Rohit Raju.

Bordeaux has previously worked for Ring Of Honor and spent two years on WWE's books, appearing as one of many, many future industry names to populate Adam Rose's never-ending entourage of Rosebuds.

There's no indication at present over her next move.
