While last night's Slammiversary PPV saw several surprise debuts and shocking returns, IMPACT Wrestling has also moved to raise eyebrows by announcing that the upcoming Bound for Glory show will feature talent from several major promotions.

In a promo package for the PPV, talent from AEW, AAA and New Japan Pro Wrestling will be appearing at Bound for Glory 2021.

That event will take place on Saturday 23 October from Las Vegas, Nevada, which gives a solid three months for IMPACT to build to what could well be one of the most must-see wrestling PPVs of the year.

Of course, the NJPW door was well and truly kicked open last night as Bullet Club leader Jay White appeared as Slammiversary went off the air. The current NEVER Openweight Champion went face-to-face with Kenny Omega, Don Callis and the Good Brothers as Slammiversary concluded - leaving fans with plenty of questions.

Omega himself is obviously an AEW talent, with him having made regular appearances for IMPACT since dethroning Rich Swann to become IMPACT World Champion at this past April's Rebellion PPV. Whether the Best Bout Machine will be joined at Bound for Glory by any other AEW names, we'll just have to wait and see.
