4. Last Minute Changes
The previously announced World Tag Team Championships match between The LAX and The Rascalz was dramatically altered on Friday evening when The North won the titles from the former at Bash at the Brewery, a show that aired live on Impact Plus. With that, the match became a three way.
When it was just the two teams involved, it would've essentially been a rehash of the recent title match from Impact TV a few weeks ago, especially considering it was the same two members of The Rascalz. By no means was it a bad match, but there's absolutely no problem with mixing things up once in a while.
With Ethan Page and Josh Alexander joining the contest, it adds a new dynamic. The other four competitiors are more known for their high flying skills, whereas the new champs are more of a powerhouse tandem. That could create for some interesting points during this match.
Prediction: Although The North only just captured the titles, it's entirely plausable they were only inserted into the match to have The Rascalz go over while keeping The LAX looking strong. In short, Dez and Trey are taking the titles back to their clubhouse.
