Impact Wrestling Slammiversary 2019: 7 Results Predictions

After returning to Impact at last year's Slammiversary, Johnny Impact has had a rocket strapped to his back, and shot right to the top of the company. He had a lengthy reign as the World Champion from October to April, and now he finds himself challenging for the X Division Championship.

To think, this is the same man who WWE apparently saw as nothing more than a tag team wrestler for the majority of the time he was there. His teams were decent in fairness, but he should have gotten a longer singles run than he did.

With corrupt referee John E. Bravo still by Johnny's side (for some reason), it puts Rich Swann's title reign in jeopardy. He's been a fighting champion for the last six months and that will always be in the history books, but perhaps it's time someone else makes an impact (pun very much intended), and ascends to the top of the X Division.

Prediction: Through nefarious means, Johnny Impact will rise up, and once again become a champion in Impact Wrestling. Maybe with Willie Mack turning on Swann - either during the match or after it.
