As reported earlier, suspended WWE superstar Adam Rose (Raymond Leppan) was arrested early Wednesday morning and charged with domestic battery and tampering with a witness.

PWInsider has acquired the Hillborough County Sheriff's office's official report of the incident that led to the arrest and has published the details.

According to the report, Leppan and his wife were having an argument about the state of their marriage when he grabbed her face, pulled her toward him, and began screaming at her. She picked up the phone and called 911, but he took the phone from her, leading to the "tampering with a witness" charge. The domestic battery charge is a misdemeanor offense, while witness tampering is a felony.

WWE has a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to matters of domestic abuse, as publicized when Kevin Nash was pulled from events in late 2014 after an arrest following a fight with his son. The company acknowledged Leppan's arrest and stated that he has been suspended indefinitely. If convicted, he will be immediately released.

Leppan was already serving a 60-day suspension for a second violation of WWE's wellness policy. He had been vocal online about his innocence regarding the policy infraction, leading many to believe that his days in the company were numbered, anyway.

As of Thursday afternoon Eastern Time, Leppan was still incarcerated.
