Independent wrestling standout Wheeler YUTA debuts for AEW on tonight's episode of Dark: Elevation, wrestling Karl Anderson of the Good Brothers.

YUTA, 24, is one of the most notable names to debut on AEW's YouTube series in some time, and is currently in the midst of his career's most successful year to date, having defeated Lee Moriarity to become IWTV Independent Wrestling Champion in an acclaimed 52-minute bout in May.

As well as keeping a busy schedule with IWTV-affiliated promotions like Beyond, YUTA is currently active in Ring of Honor and on NJPW STRONG, where he has been teaming with Fred Yeti as of late.

A wrestler since 2015, YUTA was primarily trained by current WWE wrestler Drew Gulak, but also worked under Mike Quackenbush, Chuck Taylor and Orange Cassidy at Chikara early in his career.
