New details on the Murderhawk Monster's current injury status.

With Lance Archer having had an extremely scary landing on an episode of AEW Dynamite last month, there's now an update on the current status of the Murderhawk Monster.

As per Wrestling Inc., Archer is presently out of action due to a concussion.

If you remember, the former IWGP United States Champion landed on his head on the 23 October edition of Dynamite. There, he'd attempted a moonsault from the top rope onto Eddie Kingston, but under-rotation caused Archer to land in brutal fashion.

The powerhouse would be checked on at ringside by the referee and Dr. Michael Sampson, and he'd roll back into the ring to be immediately pinned by Kingston. Since then, Archer has not been seen on AEW programming - although he has provided some positive updates on social media, thanking AEW for looking after him and stating how his situation could've been a whole lot worse.

This same report from Wrestling Inc. added how Archer was in the Minneapolis area for last night's Full Gear PPV, with him in attendance to rehab his injury as he gears up for a return to the ring.
