With Dijak and Tiffany Stratton having already earned their respective spots in the Iron Survivor Challenge at NXT Deadline next month, the next batch of Iron Survivor qualifying matches have now been announced.

Following in the footsteps of her fellow WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley, this time it was Lita selecting the competitors for this next set of qualifiers.

Taking to Instagram last night, the four-time WWE Women's Champion announced that Roxanne Perez will take on Meta-Four's Lash Legend for a spot in the women's Iron Survivor, while Trick Williams will face Gallus' Joe Coffey for a spot in the men's match at Deadline. Both of these qualifiers will take place on Tuesday's edition of NXT.

For Perez, she has plenty of previous with the Iron Survivor Challenge, having won last year's women's match and subsequently going on to dethrone Mandy Rose as the NXT Women's Champion.

As for the Iron Survivor Challenge concept, that match is a 25-minute affair which features five wrestlers. Two talents start the bout, with the other three competitors added at five-minute intervals. The aim of the game is to amass the most points, with points earned by securing pinfalls, submissions or being on the end of a disqualification. If a wrestler is pinned, submitted or DQ'd, they spend 90 seconds in a penalty box. The winner of the match receives a shot at either the NXT Title or the NXT Women's Title - with Grayson Waller winning the men's contest last year and then unsuccessfully challenging for the NXT Championship held by Bron Breakker.

Emanating from Bridgeport's Total Mortgage Arena, NXT Deadline takes place on Saturday 9 December.
