Johnny Gargano Now Taking Bookings

Johnny Wrestling looks to get back in the game....

Johnny Gargano Takeover Punisher
WWE Network

With his WWE deal having expired back in December, Johnny Gargano is now taking bookings.

Taking to Twitter, the former NXT Champion announced that he can be contacted on JohnnyGarganoBookings@hotmail.com for any potential appearances or business inquiries. Whether any such appearances include stepping foot in a ring and competing, that remains to be seen.

After the expiration of his WWE contract, Johnny Wrestling opted against signing any further deals until after his wife Candice LeRae had given birth to their first child. 17 February saw Candice and Johnny welcome Quill Gargano into the world.

It's not known whether Johnny Gargano has held any significant, recent talks with either WWE or AEW, but both promotions would clearly be interested in the Rebel Heart. While some would presume that AEW may be a more tempting option for Gargano right now, one also has to imagine that Candice is believed to be contracted to WWE through until mid-2023.

As it stands, Johnny's final match under the WWE banner came at last December's NXT WarGames event, where Gargano was part of the Team Black & Gold that came up short against Bron Breakker and Team 2.0. That bout was followed a handful of days later by Johnny giving an emotional speech to the NXT crowd, with his future now up in the air.
