Sami Zayn became the latest WWE full-timer to lose to a celebrity at WrestleMania. falling to Johnny Knoxville in an insane Jackass-inspired stunt show at WM 38 last night.

The duo's Anything Goes bout was always going to be nutty, given Knoxville's propensity for destroying his body in crazy set pieces, though few could have predicted it being this nutty. A mousetrap-lined table, gigantic prop hand, crutch, baking sheet, trashcan lids, and more were all utilised, with Jackass' Chris Pontius and Wee Man both getting involved, much to Zayn's chagrin.

Highlight spots included Zayn eating a bodyslam from Wee Man and Sami running into the gigantic comedy hand on the outside. Later, after being flung through the table-covered table, Zayn was squished beneath a massive mouse trap brought into the ring by other Jackass cast members, trapping him there for Knoxville to score the victory.

This was technically the second match of Johnny's career, having entered the 2022 men's Royal Rumble in January. He and Zayn had been feuding onscreen (and off) in WWE heading towards WrestleMania 38.

Unhinged, chaotic, and extremely well-received by the live crowd, it'd be hard to call Knoxville's WrestleMania bow anything but a success.
