The ongoing battle between Judgment Day and the OC will continue into the next WWE premium live event, though we aren't getting the full eight-person mixed tag match just yet.

Instead, the leaders of each faction, Finn Balor and AJ Styles, will do battle at Survivor Series in singles action. Surprisingly, this will only be the second time the two have ever faced each other in a one-on-one match, with the other being at the 2017 TLC PPV. Balor won that match-up.

Judgment Day and the OC have been locked in a pitched battle for some time now, with Styles admittedly running afoul of the group around WrestleMania season. He rejected Balor's entreaties and endured his attacks before the Good Brothers rejoined WWE to back up AJ. The OC still found themselves at a disadvantage due to Rhea Ripley, but with Mia Yim recruited, the sides are finally even.

Styles issued the challenge on Raw this Monday night, and Balor accepted as a foregone conclusion. He didn't figure though on AJ costing him the United States Championship in the main event, as if this feud needed more heat.

Regardless of how this match goes, it should be an extremely good one, and expect the feud to continue into the foreseeable future.
