Kalisto Injured At WWE Live Event?
There's no word on how long the Lucha House Party man will be out for.
It looks like Kalisto has become the latest wrestler to join WWE's injury reserve, with Pro Wrestling Sheet reporting that the Lucha House Party man has been sidelined by a shoulder injury.
The former United States Champion hasn't wrestled since 30 December, when he and Gran Metalik fell to The Revival at a live event in Los Angeles, California. While nothing has been confirmed it, it's thought that Kalisto was hurt in that match - such was the talk coming out of that house show.
Kalisto was conspicuous by his absence as stablemates Metalik and Lince Dorado competed in last week's SmackDown Tag Team Championships number one contender's bout. There's no word on the severity of his injury or how long he could be out for.
Kalisto and the Lucha House Party spent 2019 drifting between Raw, SmackDown, Main Event, and 205 Live. Their biggest programme came against Lars Sullivan, though their blow-off match on the 10 June episode of Raw saw the big man go down with an injury of his own, and the high-flying trio were barely seen in the aftermath.
Kalisto's last televised match went down on the Survivor Series 2019 Kickoff Show, when Lio Rush won a Cruiserweight Championship Triple Threat that also featured Akira Tozawa.
