Twenty minutes into the latest episode of This Week in WWE, a show produced by the company that airs on the WWE Network and in several international markets, an image was shown hyping the upcoming Money in the Bank match. It featured all six men in the match - Chris Jericho, Alberto Del Rio, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Cesaro, and Dean Ambrose - plus former United States Champion Kalisto.

The gaffe was noticed by several fans on Reddit, who shared the image on the networking website. When Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer was asked about it, he confirmed that the company's original plan was indeed for Kalisto to participate in the Money in the Bank match.

Kalisto won the United States Championship from Alberto Del Rio in January and held the title until last month, losing it to Rusev at Extreme Rules. After his loss in the subsequent rematch, the high-flying star was put back into the company's tag team ranks alongside partner Sin Cara.

On Monday's Raw, The Lucha Dragons took on Del Rio and Owens with the latter pair's MITB slots on the line. Del Rio and Owens won, retaining their spots in the match. On Friday, WWE.com announced that The Lucha Dragons would face The Dudley Boyz at Money in the Bank's kickoff show.
