Kenny Omega ACTUALLY Praises Jim Cornette (Kind Of)

Hell freezes over, as Jim Cornette agrees with Kenny Omega.

While Jim Cornette forever takes shots at AEW World Champion Kenny Omega on his two weekly podcasts and beyond, the Best Bout Machine has taken to Twitter to praise Cornette as a great wrestling historian and for his appearances on Dark Side of the Ring.

This comment from Omega came about after a 'discussion' about the fan who jumped into the ring on this past Wednesday's AEW Dynamite.

Initially, Kenny seemed to be referring to Cornette with an earlier tweet, particularly as said fan had tagged Corny in a message where he proclaimed how he'd stormed the AEW ring "for us real wrestling fans". To Cornette's credit, he called the fan out, blocked him, and said how he's lucky "someone there didn't gut you like a fish" - while then, of course, throwing some shade Omega's way.

Love him or hate him, Jim Cornette is absolutely one of the all-time great historians of professional wrestling, is one of the greatest managers to ever stand ringside, and was a hell of a commentator in his day. The problem is, Cornette often has a habit of being his own worst enemy with some of his comments.
