Kenny Omega Retains IMPACT World Title At Against All Odds

The Belt Collector's collection remains intact.

With IMPACT Wrestling’s Against All Odds now in the records books, Kenny Omega is still the IMPACT World Champion.

Last night saw Omega retain the gold against Moose in a main event contest that emanated from the home of AEW, Daily’s Place.

Of course, the match didn’t go down without “shenanigans”, as the Young Bucks made their presence known before the Best Bout Machine landed his patented One Winged Angel on Moose to pick up the W.

As soon as the match ended, the venue was plunged into darkness, with Sami Callihan then turning up to lay out Omega and the Bucks with a baseball bat. Sami had already competed earlier in the night, emerging victorious in a tag team offering that saw him and Tommy Dreamer get the better of the Good Brothers.

Due to that post-match attack, Don Callis fired Callihan and verbally got into it with Scott D’Amore as the show went off the air.

Currently, Sami Callihan is due to challenge Kenny Omega for the IMPACT World Championship at next month's Slammiversary PPV - although Sami's storyline firing will clearly be used to throw doubt on that match taking place.
