Killer Kross Set For "Fast-Tracked" WWE Push?

The former Impact bruiser could be set for a WWE monster push.

Killer Kross hasn't even signed with WWE yet, but fans can expect something big from the former Impact Wrestling if and when he does.

This is according to Dave Meltzer on the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio. Per that report, Kross was told in a recent meeting with Triple H that he'd "fast-tracked" through the promotion, though there was no word on what, exactly, this might mean. Let's speculate, though.

The likeliest scenarios are an immediate dash towards the top of the card in NXT or bypassing the black-and-gold brand and heading for Raw or SmackDown immediately. Either would work. Kross is 34, so lord knows how much more "improving" he has to do, and his intense character would likely be a better on the red and blue brand anyway. He's got a great look as well, and is beefy enough (6'3"/250lbs) to look visually credible in the land of the giants.

Let go from his Impact contract earlier this year, Kross recently announced that he wasn't available for independent dates over WrestleMania weekend. Him signing with a major promotion looks imminent, and with all signs pointing towards WWE, perhaps he'll become one of the company's biggest breakout stars in 2020.
