Latest On Kevin Owens & Liv Morgan's WWE Injuries

Kevin Owens and Liv Morgan are both carrying legitimate injuries that turned into angles during this week's episode of WWE Raw - and a couple of updates have emerged on their respective conditions.

Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that Owens has been working through a fractured rib "for a while." WWE was waiting for his current storyline to wrap before giving him a break, though there is currently no word on how long he will be out of action - or if this week's Raw angle was the planned write-off.

The Judgment Day's Rhea Ripley and Damian Priest attacked Owens during Raw. Later, he was seen backstage with partner Sami Zayn, a medic, and Adam Pearce, commenting that he thought he had broken something. This was WWE taking the legitimate injury and turning it into a storyline.

Meanwhile, PWInsider's Mike Johnson reports that Morgan is dealing with a reoccurrence of old shoulder problems. That Liv is suffering from a separated shoulder was the word doing the rounds, though this is yet to be confirmed.

Morgan was involved in her own medical check-up segment on Raw, having had her shoulder targeted by Ripley and a steel chair earlier on.
