PWInsider Elite is reporting that WWE higher-ups view Damian Priest as a "top-level, upper echelon talent". What's more, the company believe Judgment Day's finest has a real shot at becoming a permanent main event player.

It's worth noting that WWE were high on Priest long before he won that Money In The Bank briefcase over the summer. Management has been impressed by how Damian gritted his teeth to work through some tough times when he was banged up with various minor injuries.

The promotion were also thrilled with the way Priest handled himself when working opposite Bad Bunny at Backlash earlier in the year. That clearly went a long way towards establishing Damian as reliable, and it's presumably why he's been given such a big push since.

It looks like even better days lie ahead for 'Señor Money In The Bank' too. Priest has been getting rave reviews from everyone behind the scenes, so it'll be interesting to see if WWE does pull the trigger on a World Title win when he eventually cashes in.

Sami Zayn stopped Priest from doing just that at Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia.
