A new update on those recent reports of the Best Bout Machine dealing with several injuries.

Following recent reports that AEW World Champion Kenny Omega has been dealing with a whole host of injuries lately, the Wrestling Observer is reporting that the Best Bout Machine is in "much better" condition now than he has been in the past few months.

Those previous reports claimed that Omega was being troubled by a bruised tailbone, an athletic hernia and persistent, ongoing knee issues.

The latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter mentions how the Cleaner has undergone stem-cell and PRP treatment for the hernia, which has made a "world of difference" to Kenny.

Omega last competed for AEW on the 26 June episode of Dynamite, retaining the AEW World Championship against Jungle Boy in a phenomenal contest. The former IWGP Heavyweight Champion was then seen in six-man action as he and the Good Brothers faced Moose, Chris Sabin and Sami Callihan on last week's episode of IMPACT Wrestling.

It's a big few weeks for Kenny Omega, with the Canadian defending the IMPACT World Championship against Callihan on 17 July at IMPACT's Slammiversary PPV, then defending the AAA Mega Championship against Andrade El Idolo at AAA Triplemania XXIX on 14 August - in addition to the nicely simmering situation the AEW World Champ finds himself in with Hangman Page on AEW television.
