Major Free Agent Appears At TNA Rebellion 2024

This shocking appearance was one of three notable surprises at TNA Rebellion.

TNA Rebellion 2024 Matt Hardy
TNA Wrestling

With his AEW contract having expired earlier this month, Matt Hardy has now returned to TNA Wrestling.

Hardy appeared at last night's TNA Rebellion show, turning up to lay out Moose after the TNA World Champion had defeated Nic Nemeth in the main event. And for those wondering, Matt was in full Broken Matt mode as he made his first TNA/IMPACT appearance since 2017.

Matt Hardy wasn't the only person to make a surprise return to TNA last night, as Mike Santana and Sami Callihan also made appearances.

For Santana, the former Pride-N-Powerful man was the surprise opponent for an impromptu Steve Maclin match. Introduced by Santino Marella, Santana came through the crowd to face Maclin and picked up the W in his first match for the Anthem promotion in nearly five years.

Where Sami Callihan is concerned, he took out Kon and the Good Hands during the Jordynne Grace vs. Steph De Lander match. Not just that, but the former TNA World Champion rolled De Lander back into the ring to allow Grace to score the victory and retain her Knockouts Championship.

As of this writing, there's no confirmation whether Hardy, Santana, or Callihan have officially signed with TNA.
