Core Jade has been out of action since January due to an ACL injury.

Having suffered an ACL tear earlier in the year, there's now somewhat of an injury update on NXT's Cora Jade.

As noted by several fans who were in attendance - such as X user @WWKTikTok - Cora made an appearance at last night's NXT house show from Fort Pierce, Florida's Havert L. Fenn Center. There, the 23-year-old Chicagoan noted how she's still "a few months" away from being cleared for action, while also stating how she's coming for Roxanne Perez's NXT Women's Championship.

Where her ACL injury is concerned, Jade suffered that injury during a 12 January match against Lyra Valkyria; a match that had to be stopped once it became clear Cora was hurt. Making it all the more frustrating for the hugely talented star, she'd only returned at December's Deadline special following a six-month spell on the sidelines.

As for last night's Fort Pierce live event - as per Cagematch - Perez was in action, successfully retaining her NXT Women's Title in a triple-threat match against Karmen Petrovic and Tatum Paxley. Elsewhere, other notable contests saw Tony D'Angelo defeat Damon Kemp, Joe Coffey defeat Ridge Holland, Je'Von Evans and Wes Lee defeat Edris Enofe and Malik Blade, and Thea Hail defeat Izzi Dame.
